This Regulations Statement sets out the legal and regulatory boundaries of IrishTrader.ie, including all related subdomains, downloads, Expert Advisors (EAs), guides, email lists, and community spaces such as TikTok, Discord, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and any other official IrishTrader.ie social media channels.

1) Nature of Services
- IrishTrader.ie provides educational content and subscription-based trading tools designed to support individual traders in developing their own trading skills and strategies.
- We do not act as a broker, investment firm, financial institution, or money manager.
- We do not execute trades, handle client funds, or offer portfolio management.
- We do not provide personalised financial, investment, or tax advice.
2) Regulatory Status
- IrishTrader.ie is not licensed by the Central Bank of Ireland or any other financial regulatory authority.
- Our services are classified as digital education and software tools, not financial services.
- Users must understand that no aspect of IrishTrader.ie should be interpreted as regulated investment activity.
3) Jurisdiction and Compliance
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of IrishTrader.ie services complies with the laws, regulations, and licensing requirements of their home country.
- Accessing or using our content where it may be considered unlawful is strictly prohibited.
- By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
4) Third-Party Brokers and Services
- From time to time, IrishTrader.ie may provide references to third-party brokers, platforms, or services.
- Such references are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute endorsements, partnerships, or recommendations.
- IrishTrader.ie is not responsible for the regulatory status, reliability, or performance of any third-party providers. Users should conduct independent due diligence before opening accounts or transacting with any broker.
5) Intellectual Property and Licensing
- All educational content, Expert Advisors (EAs), guides, and digital tools are provided under a personal, non-transferable licence tied to an active subscription.
- Redistribution, resale, or unauthorised use of licensed content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
6) Governing Law
- This Regulations Statement, and any disputes arising from the use of IrishTrader.ie, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
- The courts of Dublin, Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
