Quick Summary (Highlights)

1) What we are (and aren’t)
- What we do: We provide education (guides, videos, courses, live sessions) and software tools (Expert Advisors for MT5, indicators, templates) to help you learn and build your own trading approach.
- What we don’t do: We are not a broker, investment firm, or financial advisor. We do not take deposits, execute trades for you, or give personalised investment advice.
- Jurisdiction note: Some features might not be available in your country. You’re responsible for using our services in line with your local laws.
2) Who can use IrishTrader.ie
- You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract.
- Create one account per person; keep your login safe. You’re responsible for activity under your account.
- Don’t share your login. If we spot sharing or abuse, we can pause or close the account.
3) Accounts, subscriptions, and billing
- Plans: We offer monthly/annual and sometimes promotional plans. Plan details are shown at checkout or in your account portal.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until you cancel.
- Cancellation: Cancel any time from your account. Your access continues until the end of the paid period. We generally don’t pro-rate partial months, unless required by law.
- Trials & promos: Trials may convert to paid plans if not cancelled before the trial ends. Promo codes are time-limited and can’t be stacked unless we say so.
- Price changes: If we change pricing, we’ll notify you in advance. Changes apply from your next renewal.
- Payment processing: We use third-party processors. We don’t store full card details on our servers.
- EU digital content note: If you’re in the EU/EEA and choose immediate access to digital content, you may waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for the content delivered immediately (e.g., downloads, EAs, members-only content). We’ll present this clearly at checkout.
4) Software licensing (EAs, indicators, downloads)
- License: When you subscribe, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our EAs/indicators while your subscription is active.
- Binding to accounts: We may bind licenses to your MT5 account ID(s) to prevent abuse. You can request a change (reasonable limits apply).
- Do not: resell, share, lease, rent, publish keys, or reverse-engineer our software.
- Updates: We’ll push updates as we improve things. Features may change over time.
- Compatibility: You’re responsible for ensuring your platform, broker, symbol names, and data feed are compatible. We’ll publish minimum requirements where possible.
- Fair use: Excessive downloads or suspicious activity can trigger security checks or temporary blocks.
5) Education only, no financial advice
- Everything we provide—courses, articles, videos, live calls, chat commentary, trade examples, and EAs—is for education.
- We do not recommend specific trades, position sizes, or securities for you personally.
- If you need financial advice, speak to a licensed financial professional.
6) Performance and risk
- No guarantees: Backtests, examples, and user testimonials are not guarantees of future results.
- Market risk: Trading involves risk, including loss of principal. Leverage can magnify losses.
- Use demos first: Always test EAs/strategies on a demo account before going live. Start small. Know your broker’s rules (e.g., spreads, execution, slippage, commissions).
- You’re in control: You decide where/when to trade. You accept full responsibility for outcomes.
7) Third-party brokers and links
- We might mention or link to brokers, tools, or services (e.g., for platform setup). These are independent third parties.
- We may receive referral fees. We’ll disclose where applicable.
- You should do your own due diligence before opening accounts or paying for third-party services.
8) Intellectual property
- All content, branding, code, and media are owned by IrishTrader.ie or our licensors.
- You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission.
- Feedback: If you share ideas or suggestions, you grant us a free, perpetual license to use them to improve the service (no obligation to compensate).
9) Acceptable use - Please don’t:
- Share your account or license keys. Attempts to do so may lead your account being terminated permanently.
- Upload malware or disrupt our systems or communities.
- Post illegal, infringing, or harmful content in our groups.
- Use our content to mislead others (e.g., “guaranteed profits” claims).
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
10) Availability and support
- We aim for high uptime, but there may be maintenance windows or outages.
- Support is via support@irishtrader.ie and (where offered) community channels.
- We try to respond promptly, usually within business hours (Ireland time).
11) Refunds
- Because we deliver digital content and immediately usable licenses, refunds are limited. We’ll follow applicable consumer laws.
- If there’s a technical issue preventing access that we can’t resolve promptly, contact us—we try to be fair.
12) Privacy & cookies
- We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy (see that page for details).
- We use cookies/analytics to keep the site running well and improve the experience. Manage cookies in your browser settings.
13) Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll notify you by email and/or a notice on the site.
- Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
14) Suspension & termination
- You can cancel any time from your account.
- We can suspend or terminate for misuse, non-payment, fraud, or legal risk.
- On termination, your license to use EAs and members-only content ends.
15) Legal bits
- Governing law: Irish law.
- Venue: Courts of Ireland (Dublin), unless mandatory local consumer laws say otherwise.
- Severability: If one clause is unenforceable, the rest still stand.
- No waiver: If we don’t enforce something once, it doesn’t waive our rights later.
- Assignment: We can transfer our rights/obligations (e.g., on a merger or buyout). You can’t transfer your account without our consent.
- Force majeure: We’re not liable for events outside our reasonable control (e.g., outages, regulatory actions, disasters).
